Ileriyi Gezin Tourism and Travel Agency (hereinafter referred to as “GetGoVip”), operates under the name GetGoVip and acts as a service provider for the contracting of transfer services through its websites.
For your convenience, we offer a translated version of our General Conditions in different languages; however, the only legally binding version is the English version.
GetGoVip is a global value-added transportation service provider. It offers added values such as 24/7/365 reservation management (including changes, cancellations, adaptations, and service modularity), 24-hour assistance, and online prepayment.
By completing your reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following conditions. You also confirm that you possess the necessary legal authority to accept these terms and conditions on your own behalf and on behalf of any accompanying persons. Therefore, after completing your reservation, your responsibilities include making the payment, notifying us of any changes or cancellations to your booking, and informing all other passengers in your group about the reservation details.

Intellectual Property Rights
The trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on our website are the property of GetGoVip and are protected by national and international intellectual property rights.
All content used on the websites (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio or video files, and software) is the property of GetGoVip or its suppliers and is protected by national and international intellectual property rights. Therefore, its use, modification, or reproduction without the express written permission of GetGoVip is strictly prohibited.
1. Languages
Our website is available in multiple languages. Our Customer Service team can assist you in English and Spanish.
While we take great care to accurately translate the content of our website as well as our terms and conditions, in case of any inconsistency, the Spanish version shall prevail.
2. Services
GetGoVip operates as a transportation service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier”). To request and contract a service, you must follow the application procedure indicated on our website. All reservations must be requested at least 2 hours prior to the planned transfer.
a) The services offered through our website do not constitute a binding request. We may accept or decline your transfer request depending on our availability and daily schedule. All accepted requests are formalized by sending a reservation voucher to the email address you provided during the reservation process. If your request is declined, your entire prepayment (in Euros) will be refunded, or we may offer you an alternative service and/or Supplier with different conditions and/or additional charges.
b) The reservation or purchase of different transportation services through our website does not constitute a “travel or tour package” as defined in the 1990 European Directive on Package Travel, Package Holidays, and Package Tours. Each reservation constitutes a separate contract between you and the Supplier.
3. Online Reservation Procedures
a) All mass transportation services offered through GetGoVip’s website are authorized by local transportation authorities.
b) By filling out the reservation form, you will have purchased a service online. All information provided in the reservation form will be used to verify and confirm the requested service. Therefore, it is essential that you ensure all names, addresses, telephone numbers, dates, times, and other details provided are accurate. Should any information provided be incorrect, you must contact us immediately.
c) Immediately after your payment is successfully completed, you will receive a receipt and payment confirmation via email. This payment receipt does not constitute confirmation of your reservation but confirms that your request has been received by our operations office. Should any issues arise (lack of availability, missing information), we will contact you to resolve them.
d) The meeting point for you and the driver will appear in the Reservation Confirmation email. In the same document, you will also find our 24/7 assistance telephone number, which we provide to our customers during their travels. When you call this number, you will be connected to a member of our Customer Service team who will respond to your call in English or Spanish and assist you in case of unforeseen circumstances related to your transfer. You should print, sign, and provide a copy of your Reservation Confirmation to the Supplier upon arrival and/or departure. Failure to provide a copy of your Reservation Confirmation to the driver may result in the service being canceled.
Alternatively, you may display a copy of your Reservation Confirmation directly from your mobile phone.
e) After receiving your Reservation Confirmation, it is your responsibility to carefully review all information within it and ensure all details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors or inconsistencies that may appear in your Reservation Confirmation. Should you detect any error or inconsistency in your transfer details, you must notify us immediately. For further information, please review our change and cancellation policy.
f) The information and details you provide to us during the reservation process will be shared only with the persons or entities necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted service (local operators, airport authorities, customs, immigration, etc.). In the final stage of the reservation process, you authorize GetGoVip to convey your information to all those involved in the successful completion of the service in question. g) Any type of notification or communication sent by GetGoVip must be acknowledged and confirmed as received by you. Our system will keep a delivery record, and this shall be accepted as proof of notification and delivery in lieu of your written confirmation.
4. Pricing and Payment
Through our website, you can view pricing information for services, calculated based on the vehicle you select, your destination, and date. We reserve the right to modify these prices and your service request at any time, including after payment. The service will remain valid until you receive your Reservation Confirmation via email.
5. Special Requests
During the reservation process, GetGoVip will offer the possibility to request Extra services such as child seats, extra luggage allowance, space for golf or ski equipment, etc. Payment made for these Extra services is only provisional and does not guarantee their availability on your transfer day. In the event we are unable to meet your Extra needs on your transfer day, the payment previously made for the specific Extras requested will be refunded.
6. Changes to Your Reservation
a) Any changes requested to your reservation must be submitted in writing to reservation@getgovip.com. All changes are subject to the Supplier’s approval, and confirmation will be sent to the email address specified during the reservation. Subject to the conditions stated above, changes are permitted up to 12 hours prior to your initially scheduled transfer.
b) You will be responsible for any increased costs that may arise in the requested service as a result of any changes made to your reservation. Increased costs may result from changes in vehicle size, your destination, extras, etc. All increased costs in the service will be communicated to you via email, including a link for payment.
c) If a change you request to your reservation results in a decrease in the price of the requested service, the difference will be refunded to you, provided your change request reaches us at least 12 hours prior to your initially scheduled transfer.
d) The driver will monitor the arrival time of your flight based on the information you provided to us during the reservation process. However, if your flight number changes, you miss your flight, or your flight is canceled, you must inform us by calling the 24-hour assistance number found on your Reservation Confirmation. Any changes that may occur are subject to acceptance. We will confirm the status of your reservation via email.
e) After your plane lands, the Driver will wait at the meeting point specified in your Reservation Confirmation for a maximum of 60 minutes. If you believe it may take your group longer than 60 minutes to reach the meeting point (due to passport control, customs, baggage claim, lost luggage, etc.), we recommend that a member of your group proceed immediately to the meeting point to inform the driver of the delays. If the driver is required to wait more than 60 minutes, your transfer may be subject to an additional charge. If the driver is not informed of any delay and no member of your group arrives at the meeting point within 60 minutes of your flight’s arrival, the service will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
7. Cancellations
a) All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our email address reservation@getgovip.com at least 12 hours prior to the day of your initially scheduled transfer.
b) For cancellations meeting the conditions stated above, a refund will be issued using the payment method and currency used during purchase.
c) Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time of the initial transfer indicated on your reservation voucher ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
8. Insurance and Liability
a) Your travel plan will most likely involve various contracted suppliers and modes of transport. For your safety and security, we strongly recommend that you take out a policy that protects you and other passengers in case of cancellation and includes coverage for accident or illness, supplier bankruptcy, lost luggage, loss of cash, and other expenses.
b) GetGoVip operates as a transportation service provider. You are entering into a direct service contract with GetGoVip.
c) We are not liable for damages that may result from incorrect processing of your reservation, errors made by you when filling out the reservation form, or incorrect or incomplete information provided to us during the reservation process.
d) Information about the services displayed on our website, including vehicle sizes, extras, distances, and travel time, is approximate. Similarly, GetGoVip does not assess the suitability of a particular service for your request and is not responsible for the choice you make.
e) GetGoVip is not liable for any illness, injury, death, or loss. We are only liable for claims arising as a result of our negligence.
f) We are not responsible for any service contracted directly with any driver, and we disclaim all liability for any changes to your service not made directly with us in writing through the communication means provided to you during the reservation.
g) GetGoVip provides the website as is and makes every effort to ensure its proper maintenance and operation. We cannot guarantee that there will be no technical errors or that the website will always be operational. We make no warranty that the website is free of viruses that may affect the accuracy or functionality of its content.
h) Errors that may occur on the website will be corrected as soon as we become aware of them. In the event of such errors, GetGoVip reserves the right to cancel your reservation on behalf of the Supplier and refund the full amount paid by the customer during the reservation.
9. Force Majeure
a) GetGoVip cannot guarantee and shall not be liable for extraordinary circumstances that may occur before or during your transfer. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, accidents and related delays, checks or police activities, vandalism or terrorist acts, protests and organized disturbances, unforeseen hazards on the road, actions by government or national authorities, natural disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
b) Due to heavy traffic conditions in the city, all pick-up times at any point in the city have a 10-minute window. A delay of 10 minutes from the original pick-up time shall not be considered a delay and cannot constitute grounds for cancellation, complaint, or a refund request.
10. Communication
a) GetGoVip is committed to always providing you with the best possible service and attention. Various contact details and our working hours are listed on the website. Furthermore, on your Reservation Confirmation, you will find the telephone number of our 24/7 Help Line, which you can use during your transfer. We will assist you in case of unforeseen circumstances related to your transfer.
b) All communication with you will be conducted via email. Therefore, we recommend checking your email before your trip to ensure there have been no significant changes to your reservation. All notifications will be sent to the email address you provided to us during the reservation.
c) If your email address or contact telephone number changes, please notify us immediately with your new contact details so we can reach you in case of any issues with your reservation.
d) If you are not present at the meeting point specified in your Reservation Confirmation 30 minutes after your flight’s landing (in case of airport pick-up) or 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time (in case of transfer to the airport), the driver will attempt to contact you via the telephone number you provided to us during the reservation process. If the driver is unable to reach you due to no answer, your phone being out of coverage, the call being directed straight to voicemail, or the connection being lost, the service will be considered canceled without any refund.
e) If at any time during your transfer you detect any issue with the service provided, please call us at the number indicated on your Reservation Confirmation. We will investigate the problem and try to find an urgent solution. If we are not notified of any issue or incident, our ability to investigate the matter and your right to file a formal complaint will be jeopardized. Therefore, all claims and complaints regarding a specific service must be submitted in writing no later than 15 days from the performance of the service.
f) Shortly after your trip, you will receive a brief survey about your transfer and the service received. This document will help us implement our continuous improvement policy regarding our service and suppliers. Your help and feedback are undoubtedly of fundamental importance and highly valued.
11. Transfer Service
a) It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personal information and transfer details (date, time, full address, etc.) provided during the reservation are accurate. We will use the information you provided during the reservation to pick up your group and will take you as close as possible to your destination and accommodation, considering the vehicle’s characteristics and the physical conditions of access to the requested destination.
b) Passengers will be picked up at the meeting point, date, and time specified in the reservation confirmation. The vehicle will wait a maximum of 30 minutes after your flight’s arrival at the airport or any other meeting points. If your group is not ready at the agreed time at the meeting point, you will lose your right to a refund of the transfer fee.
c) The customer must be present at the airport at least 2 hours before the scheduled flight time. You are responsible for reserving the transfer service on a date and time suitable for your travel plans.
d) In case the customer cannot locate the driver, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact GetGoVip via the 24-hour assistance number printed on the reservation confirmation. If the customer does not call these numbers and GetGoVip is not notified of the problem, the transfer will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
e) If you are traveling with children, you must inform us during the reservation process. Laws regarding child restraint systems vary depending on the country you are traveling to. Therefore, we recommend bringing the protection system you are most familiar with. If you do not wish to travel with your own child restraint system, you may request one from the driver during the reservation process. This request is subject to availability, and the driver cannot guarantee that their protection system will be similar to the one you are accustomed to. If the Supplier does not have an available child restraint system, you retain the right to a refund of the cost of this Extra, but a full refund of the transfer fee is not possible.
f) If you do not request a child restraint system during the reservation, your child will travel using the vehicle’s own safety and security systems. Directive 2003/20/EC of the European Parliament regulates the use of mandatory child restraint systems. For taxis and private transfers, the law is as follows:
• Children under three years of age may travel without a seatbelt in the back of a taxi or authorized vehicle if no child restraint system is available.
• Children aged three and over must wear an adult seatbelt if no child seat is available.
In both cases, they will count as a child or infant passenger in the vehicle.
g) We cannot guarantee the type of vehicle to be used for your transfer. We reserve the right to change the type of vehicle used for the service. In some cases, we may change the vehicle type to provide a service that would otherwise not be available (e.g., with a larger vehicle).
h) All vehicles and cars are official suppliers of public service taxis in the city where they are located (depending on the pick-up location) and have the compulsory insurance required by local regulations and administrative licenses.
12. Luggage
a) Our standard luggage allowance grants each passenger the right to carry one bag with a maximum weight of 20 kg and total dimensions of 158 cm (height + width + length).
b) If you leave a piece of luggage in the vehicle, we will make all reasonable efforts to retrieve the lost item and, if possible, arrange for its shipment to the address indicated during the reservation. You are responsible for covering all additional expenses.
c) We recommend that you do not carry fragile or valuable items in your luggage, such as jewelry, money, checks, or valuable documents like passports, identity cards, etc.
d) GetGoVip or its driver cannot be held liable for any loss or damage your luggage may suffer. We recommend that you take out travel insurance that can cover any loss or damage.
e) By accepting these terms and conditions, you are obliged to always comply with the local laws and regulations of the place where your transfer takes place. Therefore, your luggage must not contain any item prohibited by local law or regulation.
f) If you are traveling with pets, you must inform us during the reservation process. Pets are entirely the responsibility of their owners and must always be transported in an IATA-approved cage. The transportation of pets is subject to the availability and approval of the Supplier and will incur an additional charge. If you do not inform us during the reservation that you are traveling with your pet or if the above conditions are not met, the Supplier reserves the right to refuse the service and your transfer will be canceled without any refund.
13. Customer Responsibility
a) By accepting this contract, the Customer declares that they are of legal age and of sound mind to fulfill all obligations related to this contract.
b) The Customer accepts that they understand the conditions described in this contract and agrees to pay for the service by bank or credit card, having full authority for its use and sufficient balance to cover the cost of the service subject to the contract.
c) The Customer accepts and understands that they must notify GetGoVip as soon as possible of any changes or deviations that may affect their service.
d) The service will be organized and provided based on the information you provide to us during the reservation process. Following your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation containing your Reservation Confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of all information in this email and to notify us immediately if there are any inconsistencies. Otherwise, your right to appeal will be forfeited.
e) The Customer must always carry the necessary documents and identification credentials for crossing national borders. GetGoVip or the Supplier will not accept any liability or charge any fee arising from the customer’s failure to carry the required documents or comply with the instructions of local authorities. Your Reservation Confirmation is not a valid legal document.
f) In the event that GetGoVip faces a financial penalty due to a passenger who does not comply with the local laws, regulations, or other requirements imposed by the countries you plan to access, depart from, or visit, we reserve the right to suspend the service or any money paid to us until the penalty amount is paid in full.
14. Right of Admission
a) The driver reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The driver reserves the right to cancel the service if the behavior or attitude of any passenger is likely to affect the safety of the driver, the vehicle, or other passengers. GetGoVip or the driver cannot be held liable for additional charges that may arise from such behavior.
b) Consumption of alcohol or drugs in the vehicles is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
a) These Terms and Conditions and any relationship between GetGoVip and the customer shall be governed by and subject to Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the existence, content, and/or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions or any relationship between GetGoVip and the customer, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain.
b) GetGoVip reserves the right to make changes to the website and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
